Практическая ценность работы. Полученные данные о наличии хронического пиелонефрита и гипертонического артериолосклеротического неф-росклероза у лиц молодого возраста, страдающих ХГС, позволяют рекомендовать всем пациентам с НСУ-инфекцией углубленное обследование с целью раннего выявления почечной патологии и назначения этиопатогенетического лечения.
