В качестве одной из причин существующих разногласий в вопросах антибактериальной химиотерапии является сложность этиологической диагностики ВП на основании рутинных исследований. Данный факт предопределяет эмпирический характер AT и предложение расширения показаний к применению при нетяжёлой ВП макролидов и рФХ.
