Обнаруженный рост экспрессии генов GLRX1 и GLRX2 у всех трех типов резистентных клеток, возможно, связан с активацией синтеза GSH de novo и является еще одним подтверждением усиления GSH-зависимых процессов в механизме формирования резистентности опухолевых клеток к DOX.
