WVTft-полиморфизм в интроне 4 гена эндотелиальной синтазы оксида азота (NOS3) ассоциирован с гипертрофией левого желудочка у больных эссенциальной гипертензией. Аллель NOS3*4A и генотип NOS3*4B/*4A соотносятся с повышенным риском развития гипертрофии левого желудочка у больных эссенциальной гипертензией.
