Однако наличие АКА и ВА не является абсолютным условием, многие пациенты при отрицательных тестах на ВА и АКА будут иметь антитела к другой подгруппе фосфолипидов (антифосфатидилсерину, 5 антифосфатидилхолину, антифосфатидилинозитолу, антифосфатидилглицеролу, антифосфатидилэтаноламину, антитела к фосфатидиловой кислоте) или белкам кофакторам (протеину С и S, (32-гликопротеину I, протромбину… Читать ещё >
