В последние годы для снижения перинатальных потерь среди недоношенных детей и улучшения исходов, предлагается, введение антенатально кортикостероидов. Однако отношение к ним неоднозначно. Многие авторы (64, 65, 85, 102, 105, 113, 146, 150) указывают, что антенатально вводимые кортикостероиды снижают риск тяжелых внутрижелудочковых кровоизлияний, ретинопатий, СДР, бронхолегочной дисплазии… Читать ещё >
