Диссертация
В то же время большой комплекс вопросов остаётся неисследованным или изученным крайне слабо. В первую очередь это касается структур с антиклинным и непланарным упорядочением молекул и фазовых переходов между ними. До начала выполнения настоящей работы практически не проводились исследования субфаз в тонких плёнках, не была измерена величина параметра порядка в тонких плёнках антисегнетоэлектрика… Читать ещё >
