Анализ причин дефицита доноров органов и основные направления его преодоления
Диссертация
Недостаточно эффективный уровень посмертного органного донорства от пациентов с сосудистыми заболеваниями ЦНС обусловлен высокими показателями внереанимационной смертности среди этого контингента больных донорства. Так, общее количество реанимационных коек составляет 30% (п-162) от необходимого числа, из них только 13% (п-22) являются специализированными койками нейрореаниматологического профиля… Читать ещё >
