Прогностическими критериями риска неблагоприятного исхода антигеликобактерной терапии у детей подросткового возраста с H. pylori-ассоциированным гастритом являются: мужской пол, наличие эрозий и/или язв гастродуоденальной зоны у родственников, эрозивные повреждения гастродуоденальной зоны у пациентов в анамнезе, наличие тощаковых болей в животе, зернистый рельеф слизистой оболочки… Читать ещё >
