Диссертация
Активация медиаторного каскада при сепсисе приводит к повреждению эндотелия и значимым нарушениям гемодинамики: увеличению сердечного выброса, снижению периферического сосудистого сопротивления, повышению проницаемости эндотелия, легочной гипертензии, перераспределению органного кровотока и снижению сократительной способности миокарда.
