Исследование молокосвертывающего фермента из сычугов северных оленей
Диссертация
МФ выделен из экстракта сычугов одностадийным методом ионообменной хроматографии на DEAE-Sepharose FF. При ионообменной хроматографии, МФ из сычуга СО ведет себя как кислый белок, с изоэлектрической точкой в диапазоне рН равном 4,6 — 5,6. Молекулярная масса основного полипептидного компонента, частично очищенного препарата, определенная методом SDS-электрофореза, составляет примерно 37 кДа… Читать ещё >
