Основные ДНК-мишениВ контексте исследования древней ДНК имеется два главных источника нуклеиновых кислот: органеллы и ядро клетки. Несмотря на то, что большая часть ДНК находится в ядре, каждая диплоидная клетка содержит всего лишь две копии уникальных ядерных генов.
