Обоснование мобилизирующих вмешательств в лечении пациентов с ригидным сколиозом
Диссертация
В сроки наблюдения от 2 до 5 лет вентральные и дорзальные вмешательства у больных с ригидным сколиозом грудной локализации обеспечили достоверно лучшее (Р<0,05) восстановление сагиттального баланса позвоночника и, соответственно, лучшие отдаленные функциональные результаты лечения по сравнению с группой пациентов, которым операции выполнялись только из дорзального доступа.
