Структура и транспортные свойства свободновисящих однослойных углеродных нанотрубок
Диссертация
Для использования нанотрубок в качестве элементов электронных устройств необходимо исследовать электронный транспорт в них. Транспортные свойства нанотрубок зависят от их структуры, поэтому очень важно иметь возможность проводить электрические измерения и наблюдение структуры одних и тех же нанотрубок.
