It is compulsory that either party notifies the other Party in written form of its impossibility to execute the obligations according to the Contract not later than three (3) working days from the date the mentioned circumstances come into effect.

8.3. If these circumstances last for more than 30 (thirty) working days in succession, either Party shall have the right to refuse further performance of obligations under the Contract, having notified the other Party about the Contract termination 2 (two) weeks beforehand and having coordinated all issues in question and final settlement arrangements. В ходе написания нашей курсовой работы мы пришли к следующим выводам. Официально — деловой стиль речи обсуживает различные деловые сферы человеческих взаимоотношений В нем установились определенные средства языкового выражения и выработались определенные формы и приемы построения речи. Основными особенностями официально — делового стиля являются высокая регламентированность, официальность и безличность речи. Контракт является типичной формой реализации официально — делового стиля английского языка, который обладает теми же самыми стилистическими особенностями и преследует те же самые цели, что и другие виды деловой документации. Использование контрактов в определенной сфере обуславливает их подразделение на административно-организаторские, финансово-экономические, рекламные, и научно-технические, но к какому бы типу они не относились, они должен быть составлены в соответствии с принятой формой и на основе выдвигаемых к ним требований. Так, контракты должны быть полными, ясными, конкретными, правильными и краткими. В ходе проведенного анализа мы пришли к следующим выводам. Для контракта характерны строгость изложения, длинные развернутые предложения. Каждая новая мысль начинается с абзаца. В данном контракте отсутствуют эмоционально окрашенные слова. Внимание на главных словах акцентируется путем их повторения. В контракте используются слова в конкретном, прямом значении. С целью соблюдения точности передаваемой информации текст контракта разделен на пункты, параграфы. Среди грамматических особенностей можно выделить частое использование неопределенных и перфектных времен глаголов, отсутствие сложных аналитических формы глагола, редкое использование форм глагола прошедшего времени, частое использование вспомогательного глагола shall, частое использование причастий. Среди лексических особенностей можно выделить частое использование различных терминов и слов иностранного происхождения. Список использованной литературы.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES3.

The Services shall be accepted within five (5) working days after their actual completion and after the Executor provides the Client with the Acceptance Act.

4. COST OF SERVICES4.

For each payment in favor of the Executor, the Client shall calculate the VAT and keep it from the cost of the Contract (from the Executor) and as a tax agent, shall pay to the budget the appropriate amount of VAT, according to Art. 161 of the Tax Code.

4.2. The prices are fixed and shall not to be changed within the term of the Contract validity.

5. PAYMENTS5.

1. Payment for the Services provided hereunder (total cost without VAT _________ Euro 00 eurocents (_________) shall be made by bank transfer in Euro (quoting the name of the Client and the Contract number) within _________ calendar days from the date when Parties signed the Acceptance Act and extension of the invoice to the Client from the Executor.

5.2. The payment will be made from the Client’s account to the Executor’s account specified in Article 15 hereof. 5.

3. All the bank expenses and deductions on the territory of the Russian Federation shall be paid by the Client those outside the territory of the Russian Federation shall be paid by the Executor.

6. NOTICES6.

7.3. In case of the overdue payment Executor has the right to demand interest from the Client in the amount of 1/300 of the current official bank rate of the Russian Federation Central Bank as per the date of submitting of the relevant written claim for every day of delay from the sum of the payment, but not more than 5% from the sun of the overdue payment.

8. FORCE MAJEUR.

8.1. The Parties shall be exempt from liability for full or partial failure to perform obligations under this Сontract in case of force majeur; the circumstances shall be testified by the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation or by another appropriate body according to its established procedure.

8.2. Performance of the Parties' obligations shall be respectively transferred for the period of effect of force majeur or their consequences.
