Диссертация
Наличие значительного рассогласования постоянных решеток германия и кремния приводит к возникновению напряжений несоответствия в гетеро-структурах, выращенных на основе этих материалов. Долгое время эта проблема казалась неразрешимой и лишь в середине 70-х годов была высказана идея получения псевдоморфных Si-Ge слоев с толщинами, не превышающими некоторое критическое значение.
