Диссертация
Первые премоляры отличаются по форме и анатомическому строению корней от других зубов. Эта группа зубов имеет два отдельно стоящих корня или один с раздвоенными верхушками. В зависимости от точки сопротивления, оказываемого прикладываемой жевательной силе, нагрузка будет распределяться в средней части периодонта.
