Молекулярно-генетическая характеристика OMPF поринов бактерий рода YERSINIA и разработка ПЦР тест-системы для идентификации патогенных видов
Диссертация
Установлены нуклеотидные последовательности ompF, gyrB и 16S рДНК генов 14 видов бактерий рода Yersinia (69 штаммов). Впервые получены НП для Y. aldovae, Y. aleksiciae, Y. bercovieri, Y. similis, Y. rohdei, Y. frederiksenii (геномовид la), Y. mollaretii. Y. intermedia, Y. kristensenii, Y. ruckeri и Y. massiliensis.
