Диссертация
Несмотря на то, что таргетирование обменного курса в соответствии с моделью рекомендуется при низких ценах на нефть, основываясь на опыте Мексики (и частично Ирана, Венесуэлы и Нигерии), мы считаем данный вариант непригодным для России, поскольку последняя относится к группе стран с развивающимися рынками.
