The education of children has become a mayor economic preoccupation. The financial burden of education falls unfairly on many parents. At the same time, in some societies, poorer families are disadvantaged in lacking access to good education.
Some modern people both men and women say that family is unnecessary for them because it is related with great responsibility, because they don`t have enough time to devote to family or to solve family problems. TheΡ have to work hard to earn money, they are involved in business, they are fond of sport, games, bars in free time, so the family, especially children, would disturb them.
M ost modern people want the equality of rights in family. W ife can earn more than husband and be too tired for house holding and husband doesn`t want his women to be just a housewife. D
esire of equality also means partly changing family roles and it`s really good if husband and wife can find the happy medium and friends for each other. R oles should be clearly identifiable. E
veryone must know what his or her roles in the family are. F or example wife is responsible for making sure that the children get off to school every morning and managing family finances and husband is responsible for cooking breakfast and maintaining the house. F amilies must allocate roles fairly.
W hen wife for example starts working from home, they have to reallocate some of their family roles. S o maybe husband has to take on more responsibility for home and children because wife is working as well. F amily members must fulfill their responsibilities.
W henever family members do not fulfill their roles the burden falls upon other family members. T his creates additional stress and discord. Establishing and fulfilling family member roles helps ensure that family life will run smoothly and all members will be happy and satisfied.
